Organizing your life and/or your life coach business starts in your MIND.

You might THINK you’re disorganized or THINK you don’t have time or THINK you’re “just a mess.”

But, those are just thoughts you think…and not very useful thoughts.

If you really tried, you probably could find evidence that you ARE organized as well.

Listen now to the Igniting Courage Podcast with Anne Bonney or go to the podcast HERE.

I’d like you to look back at times when you did show up organized.

First, didn’t it feel good?

Second, what were you thinking and feeling right before you showed up organized?

That thought + feeling combination is what drove your actions and created the result of you showing up organized.

Keep noticing those thought + feeling combinations. Try some combinations intentionally.

Once you have the combination that drives organizing actions, do these five organizing steps:

  1. SORT
  2. PURGE
  3. ASSIGN HOMES
  4. SET LIMITS
  5. MAINTAIN

Self-awareness, self-management and organization are steps towards building influence with others. I share with Anne a whole new way to think about getting organized…starting not in your closet, but in your mindset!
